Permanent Position developing web-handling processes from trial to full-scale production with a well-established, dynamic manufacturer. Experience in the paper, extruded film or packaging production industry is needed to be successful for this highly autonomous role.

To be successful you'll need a bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 3 years firsthand experience developing, testing and optimizing paper converting, coating or thin film production processes in manufacturing plants. Have a mindset of making decisions, designs and optimizations based on data is a necessity. Permanent Residency or Citizenship in the United States is required.
