OPERATIONS MAANGER-HVAC
Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead HVAC/Refrigeration service operations. This role oversees daily branch performance, team leadership, and customer satisfaction while driving profitability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including service, installation, and scheduling
- Lead, hire, and develop HVAC technicians and support staff
- Monitor job costing, KPIs, and branch profitability
- Review work orders, invoices, and ensure quality standards
- Maintain inventory, service vehicles, and vendor relationships
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Enforce safety policies and compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years HVAC/Refrigeration experience
- 3+ years leadership or service management experience
- Strong business acumen (P&L, job costing, performance metrics)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service systems
