Job Details:
BUILDING AUTOMATION CONTROLS ACCOUNT MANAGER
Sales Experience in Construction or Service of Building Automation and Control Systems, Integration, EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities.
Duties
- Establish and maintain relationships with key Consulting Engineers, Mechanical Contractors and Building Owners with the intent to sell and grow the Building Automation Business.
- Aid and work with Consulting Engineers with writing Control Specifications.
- Attend pre-bid Job meetings, Job walks and client meetings to assess project requirements.
- Estimate and develop proposals for new installation or retro-fit control projects and service contracts.
- Conduct presentations to perspective clients, engineers, and contractors.
- Work with and negotiate with sub-contractors and purchases with electrical contractors and vendors.
- Assist the installation team in developing 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ previous sales experience in construction or service of Building Automation and Control Systems, integration, and EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities.
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Visio and or AutoCAD a plus.
- BACnet Control Systems Sales experience a plus.
