Warehouse Manager (Construction / Roofing Materials)
📍 Twin Cities Area | Split between two locations
💰 $40,000–$65,000 + Benefits
A growing commercial construction company is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, inventory, and material flow for active job sites. This role is critical in ensuring crews have the right materials, at the right time, with accurate inventory and safe, organized facilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inventory of roofing materials (TPO, EPDM, PVC, insulation, fasteners, etc.)
- Oversee shipping, receiving, staging, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse and yard
- Coordinate material needs with project teams and forecast shortages
- Track inventory, perform audits, and ensure accuracy
- Maintain equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and enforce safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience (construction or building materials preferred)
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory systems (Viewpoint Spectrum a plus)
- Forklift experience; valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
Nice to Have:
- Commercial roofing or construction supply experience
- CDL or freight coordination experience
- OSHA knowledge
