Global Supply Chain Finance Manager
Job Title: Global Manager Finance –Supply Chain
Job Summary:
The Global Manager –Supply Chain will support all Supply Chain Finance initiatives globally. The key responsibilities include supporting monthly performance management cycle, Productivity Initiatives, and Strategic Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly Operations Finance Performance management cycle and process improvements
- Use accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide objective, timely, and accurate financial guidance and information
- KPI development and tracking
- Coordinate with various partners and financial owners to create consolidated financial reporting, forecasts and communicate balance of year risks and opportunities
- Manage Gross Productivity savings monthly measurement and support cost saving initiatives
- Provide support to the Director of Operations Finance and overall finance leadership in the development and implementation of strategic vision, goals, and objectives
- Consolidate, track and report monthly results for Business Productivity Initiatives
- Drive operations reporting consolidation and perform varied ad hoc analyses on the business across stated strategic priorities as business needs arise
- Identify and/or track risks and opportunities
- Manage internal and external audit requests
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a Finance-related field of study (e.g. Accounting, Economics)
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in finance/accounting
- Exhibits strong personal accountability, self-motivation & attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated record of solid career progression
- Ability to operate with a continuous improvement mindset
- Business modeling tools with ability to learn Hyperion, SAP, and other necessary financial systems.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint programs
- PowerBI development experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hyperion Ad Hoc Query and SAP experience
- 3yrs in Supply chain or manufacturing environment
