Collections Specialist (Hybrid)
6+ Month Contract | Hybrid Schedule | Potential Extension
Growing financial services organization seeking a Collections Specialist to support the end-to-end collections process and help drive revenue recovery.
Responsibilities
• Manage and support the collections lifecycle for assigned accounts
• Analyze account activity and determine best collection strategy
• Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances
• Investigate payment discrepancies and document collection efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection outcomes
Requirements
• 1–2+ years of collections experience
• Experience in fintech, payments, ecommerce, or financial services preferred
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of ACH, credit cards, digital wallets, or other payment processing methods
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Details
• Hybrid: 2 days onsite (Tues/Thurs)
• Schedule: M–F | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Duration: 6+ month contract with potential extension
• Interviews: Zoom
