Job Details:
My client, a SaaS company, is seeking a software implementation and training specialist to work with new and existing customers. This position can work remotely from home, however there will be 25% travel.
Qualifications:
- Experience with virtual and on-site training environments, preferably in a software company.
- Public speaking skills.
- Advocate customer needs and concerns to Support Management, and/or Engineering Team.
- Workflow design and gather requirements for new clients
- Configure and build custom environments in MySQL
- Train clients, both virtual and onsite on our custom application
- 1+ years experience with SQL
