Real Estate Leasing Associate Attorney
A nationally recognized real estate practice seeks a leasing-focused associate with 4–5 years of experience to support its Real Estate Transactions & Finance team on high-profile, national deals.
Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting mortgage loan and purchase/sale agreements, managing closings, and handling significant office leasing transactions for major tenants (tenant-side preferred). Experience with joint ventures and construction agreements is a plus.
Qualifications:

4–5 years of transactional real estate experience
