Job Details:
Architectural Designer
Our client located in Manhattan, NYC is actively seeking to add an experienced architectural professional at the Architectural Designer level to the organization, to provide expertise for a diversity of commercial & industrial projects. Experience with critical infrastructure building projects (i.e. Datacenters) a plus!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- Registration a plus
- Five (5+) years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Revit experience
- Experience working on construction documents, construction administration, schematic designs, and design developments
- Review of production drawings and specifications
- Shop Drawings review & process
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, regular interaction with clients, colleagues, and leadership in a team environment
