Real Estate Loan Specialist
Must be local to Kalispell Montana to be considered.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Loan Specialist to support our mortgage lending team. In this role, you will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across new loans, refinances, payoffs, and loan purchases.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting with processing and reviewing consumer and commercial real estate loans

Identifying workflow issues and recommending solutions to improve efficiency
-
Communicating with internal teams and members to resolve loan-related questions or discrepancies
-
Cross-training and supporting team members to maintain consistent workflow
-
Prioritizing daily tasks and ensuring timely completion
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or banking preferred

1–2 years of experience in lending, mortgage processing, or accounting preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
