ENVIRONEMTAL PROJECT MANAGER
A well-established environmental and engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to support and lead complex projects throughout New England. This role is ideal for a technically strong environmental professional who enjoys client interaction, project leadership, mentoring junior staff, and seeing projects through from investigation to closure. You’ll work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where employee ownership, flexibility, and long-term career growth are core values.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Earth Science, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)

Active Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) — preferred

Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations at the local, state, and federal levels

OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with current 8-hour refresher

Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred

Managing environmental investigation, remediation, and due diligence projects across New England

Leading proposal development, contracts, scopes, schedules, budgets, and invoicing

Serving as a primary liaison with clients, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Overseeing technical deliverables including plans, specifications, reports, and regulatory submittals

Providing technical review and quality assurance across a range of environmental project types
