Property Manager
$25-28/hr
Role:
As a Property Manager, this individual will be responsible for multiple residential properties across multiple sites within Philadelphia. This would include the management of multi-unit properties, interaction with clients and tenants, leasing, filling vacancies, applications, recertification processes, notifications, market analysis, inspections, as well as working with corporate and outside vendors as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple properties with multiple units at several different locations within the Philadelphia Area
- Be the point of contact for all tenants as respective single and multi-unit properties
- Lease properties to perspective tenants; fill vacancies as needed
- Collect all information, applications, documentation, and draw up leases;
- Assist with recertification processes, budgets, market comparisons, inspections, etc.
- Manage all rent Collections, negotiations, and evictions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 3+ years of prior real estate property management or assistant property management
