Finance Associate Attorney
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Finance Attorney to join its Finance & Restructuring practice group. The ideal candidate will have six or more years of experience handling complex financial transactions and/or restructuring matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of engagements, including workout and insolvency matters as well as sophisticated corporate finance transactions such as senior debt, asset-based lending, cash flow financing, sponsor finance, unitranche, and mezzanine deals.
Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a variety of finance, restructuring, and insolvency-related matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for corporate finance transactions.

Manage complex deal processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on finance and restructuring issues.

Support clients across industries in navigating financial transactions and distressed situations.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Six or more years of corporate finance and/or restructuring experience at a large law firm.

Active bar admission in the relevant state.

Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills.

Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated ability to manage complex matters.
