Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate
A leading international law firm is seeking an associate attorney with at least three years of experience in estate planning to join its Tax, Trusts, and Estates practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly launched office at an early stage and play a meaningful role in shaping its growth, culture, and market presence.
Responsibilities

Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and tax planning matters

Draft and review wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents

Assist with planning for closely held and family-owned businesses

Work with traditional and nontraditional families on complex wealth transfer issues

Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and contribute to practice and office growth
Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in trusts and estates or estate planning

Strong drafting, analytical, and client service skills

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and complex planning structures

Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team

Interest in helping build and grow a developing office and practice
