My client is a top notch Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing Commercial Contractor. They are actively seeking a Commercial HVAC Superintendent or Foreman. Key is the Commercial Construction experience in HVAC.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION HVAC FOREMAN
- Plans and lays out work from oral and written instructions; assigns and supervises the work of HVAC personnel engaged in the installation and repair of HVAC system.
- Estimates job labor and materials, requisitions materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Conducts regular inspections of work in progress and on completion; participates in the more complex HVAC tasks.
- Confers with officials on proposed HVAC projects and makes recommendations. Recruits and trains skilled and trades helper personnel.
- Establishes safety and work performance standards for subordinates. Performs related work as required.
