Plumbing Estimator
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator with a strong background in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing estimating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret project plans & specifications
- Prepare and distribute bid documents, addenda, and transmittals
- Conduct detailed quantity surveys & define full scope
- Build master budgets, cost models, and project estimates
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and team to resolve issues
- Monitor estimates to maintain profit margins and manage changes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ plumbing estimating experience
- Education from college, trade school, or military a plus
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Deep knowledge of plumbing systems, local codes, and estimating resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication
