Project Manager (Multiple Openings)
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience working as a Project Manager on Steel projects.
- Conceptual budgeting/planning based on plans and specs.
- Field measure steel buildings-commercial, educational, retail, etc.
- Oversee steel trade sub-contractors, engineering drawings, and construction contracts.
- Develop cost-effective erection plans and schedules for completion projects.
- Review and develop structural miscellaneous steel drawings.
- Prepare detail drawings.
- Oversee a structural steel project from start to finish.
- Team leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
I am also looking for good Structural Cad Detailers who have 3-5 plus years experience working in a steel/ornamental/miscellaneous company.
**Position is full time permanent with good medical, 401k, and vacation**
