Business Development Manager- Venture Capital
200-230K, Hybrid
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law Firm seeking to add a Business Development Manager within their Venture Capital practice group.
Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives for the Venture Capital practice, including client development, marketing activities, and strategic projects
- Collaborate with partners and practice leadership to identify opportunities that enhance the practice’s visibility and competitive positioning
- Assist with the preparation of pitches, proposals, and related client-facing materials
- Coordinate with internal teams to support practice group initiatives, events, and thought leadership efforts
- Monitor market, industry, and client developments relevant to venture capital and emerging companies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 5–8+ years of business development or marketing experience in a large law firm or other professional services environment.
- Proven experience managing complex pitches and partner-driven initiatives.
