Administrative Assistant - Tax & Accounting Office - Radnor, Pa - $62-77k
Our client, a local, stable CPA firm, is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally; greet and assist clients upon arrival.

Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointment calendars for accountants and staff.

Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain both physical and digital client files.

Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, data entry, and basic correspondence.

Mail Handling: Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including the secure handling of confidential tax documents.

Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team as needed.
Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative role (experience in an accounting or tax firm highly preferred).

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with modern office technology.
