Property Management Office Assistant
3 Month Contract
$18/HR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our property management team. This position will play a vital role in supporting the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The Office Assistant will interact with tenants, assist with property operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answering Phones, client inquires, receptionist duties
Administrative Support
Tenant Relations
Operations and Maintenance Support
Communication and Collaboration
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of administrative, office assistant, or property management experience preferred
- Experience working with low-income housing tenants or knowledge of affordable housing regulations is a plus
This is an in office position at the property location
