Corporate Accounting Manager
$115,000-$135,000+Annual Bonus

Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end month-end close cycle, including the review, approval, and technical evaluation of complex journal entries, estimates, and accruals in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
- Lead the financial and statistical close processes, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Direct the preparation, consolidation, and submission of comprehensive financial reporting packages, including the balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, and supporting schedules.
- Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to accounting personnel, promoting technical excellence, continuous learning, and succession readiness within the team.
- Partner with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance best-practice accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements that mitigate risk and drive operational scalability.
- Evaluate existing accounting workflows and systems, identifying opportunities to automate, standardize, and optimize reporting and close activities through the effective use of financial systems and analytical tools.
- Support internal and external audit activities by coordinating documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring adherence to internal control and compliance requirements.
- Perform other advanced accounting, reporting, and leadership responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA.
- Corporate accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
- US GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
- Management, supervision, mentorship experience.
- Ability to interact and present to executives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a complex environment.
