Project Manager (Site Work Construction)
Excavation – Civil Construction - Site Work – Land Development- Site Development- Site Construction
An excellent Site work Construction contractor in Pennsylvania is actively seeking a Project Manager. This role will manage a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial projects in site construction (Excavation, Utilities, Storm & Sewer Lines, Asphalt Paving, Concrete).
Position Description
- This role requires a thorough understanding of site work construction, along with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, county & township personnel in a professional efficient manner
- Project management experience including contract documentation, project costs, budgeting, scheduling, billing, reporting,
- Address and manage necessary change orders with the project team
- Communicate with the team to understand project scheduling and conflicts should they develop
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, fairness and ethical behavior when representing the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Approximately five (5) or more years of industry site work construction project management experience; (Excavation, Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Concrete, Design & Build Projects)
- Strong estimating, negotiation, bidding, and project management experience
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills (written & verbal)
- College degree a plus (not required) engineering, construction management or related field
