Ready to level up your career and your lifestyle? We’re a fast-moving, design-driven structural engineering firm based in sunny Boca Raton, and we’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who’s sharp, fearless, and ready to lead some of the region’s most exciting building projects.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (THE FUN PART):
• Lead structural design for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings across South Florida’s coastal environment
• Stamp drawings, guide design teams, and push projects from concept through construction
• Perform advanced structural analysis for concrete, steel, masonry, and specialty systems
• Oversee junior engineers, mentor technical staff, and elevate team standards
• Collaborate directly with architects, developers, and contractors who expect excellence
• Conduct site visits, solve field challenges, and ensure structures thrive under Florida codes + coastal loads
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (THE NON-NEGOTIABLES):
✔ Florida P.E. (S.E. a bonus)
✔ 8–15+ years of building design experience
✔ Deep knowledge of FBC, high-wind design, and coastal construction
✔ Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate teams, and communicate with clients
✔ Someone who can think on their feet and deliver solutions — not excuses
