ITSM Software Engineer - ServiceNow - ITIL
Our client, located in Wilmington DE, is seeking a ITSM Software Engineer with a strong background in ServiceNow. This candidate will be responsible for development, troubleshooting, maintaining ServiceNow capability, process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and other challenges. This position is contract to hire and you must have the ability to convert to full-time without sponsorship.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with leading the design and development of ITSM software solutions
- 3+ years working with ServiceNow including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Problem Management modules.
- Understanding and experience with Web Technologies including XML, HTML, JavaScript
- Knowledge of SQL and PowerShell
- ITIL V3 Foundations Certification or ServiceNow Application Developer certification preferred
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
