Role:
Liberty has partnered with a large accounting, finance, and tax consulting firm to help them find their next Tax Manager. This person will focus on the middle market clientele of the business, working closely with entrepreneurs, closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. You'll oversee complex tax engagements, guide clients through advanced planning and compliance matters, and ensure a high-quality 360 degree advisory experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or EA designation is essential.
- 4+ years in a progressive tax environment with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial firms.
- Solid grasp of federal, state, and local tax laws; experience with S corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and cultivating client relationships.
- Strong communication instincts and a knack for making complex tax matters simple.
- A forward-thinking, entrepreneurial mindset with a dedication to firm growth.
Working Conditions:
This position is a mainly in-office position as well as client facing position.
