Mechanical Project Manager
My client is a well established Mechanical Contractor in the Florida market seeking to add a Mechanical Project Manager to their team. Candidates must have 5+ years experience working for a Mechanical Contractor. Candidates must be able to oversee projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a background in scheduling, budgets and related documentation such as (Change Orders, Time Sheets, etc.). Must be able to communicate well with internal departments such as Quality, Safety, Estimating, Superintendents, as well as clients, engineers, contractors, vendors etc.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with Large Mechanical Piping Construction Projects
- 5+ years experience
- Experience with Revit and QuickPen,
