Real Estate Associate

We are seeking a talented attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in real estate law to join our dynamic Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan origination, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, asset management, and workout transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated deals in a collaborative and growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial real estate transactions (Real estate finance, Leasing, Development projects, Joint venture transactions)
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and documents.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients throughout all stages of a project.
- Work closely with partners and cross-office teams to ensure seamless client service.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions
