**Key Qualifications:**
- Proven expertise in Niagara Framework and HVAC control systems.
- Proficient in database programming and custom graphics development.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and system issues.
- Experience in systems point-to-point commissioning and functional testing.
- Ability to manage 3rd party integrations and vendor software.
- Effective communication with team members and project management.
- Safety-minded with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating construction sites safely.
