Electrical Engineer
One of the top premier multi-disciplined engineering firms in New Jersey has an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer who can step in day 1 and make an impact. This position would be ideal for someone looking to work on solar projects. Positions are full time/permanent with outstanding medical, vacation/sick, and retirement.
Job Description and Duties:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- NJ code knowledge
- Solar experience a plus
- Experiences with electrical load calculations.
- Experience working on power lighting, distribution, and electrical design projects
- 2-7+ years experience working in an MEP consulting environment
- Design Drafting of electrical construction documents.
- Utility coordination
- Fire alarm system design and layout
- Auto cad experience
- Shop Drawings review & process
- Layout electrical systems using auto cad
- Specifications preparation
- Coordinate with architects and engineers for compliance
- Documentation of all shop & project drawings
- Team player with good communication skills.
