Building Maintenance / Building Engineer $60-75k - EPA Certification Required
Growing commercial real estate client in Media, Pa has an immediate need for a Building Engineer to handle a large commercial office property. (400,000+ sf commercial, Class A building) As needed coverage at other local buildings will be involved.
The qualified candidate will be EPA Certified, have a school diploma and have commercial office building maintenance/HVAC experience.
Qualified candidate must also be available for on call/weekend work, as needed for emergencies.
Responsibilities includes ensuring the daily operations of mechanical as well as fire alarm, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
