**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent technical training
- A minimum of five years' experience in systems integration
- Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring excellent customer and coworker relations
- Proficient in diagnosing control system issues and communicating effectively with clients
- Ability to maintain and improve in-house standards
- Proficient in MS Office without additional training
- Valid driver's license
- Clean criminal history
**Preferred Skills:**
- PE Licensure in Oregon/California
- Knowledge of UL508 standards
- Expertise in PLC programming including AB SLC, AB CLX, Modicon, and Siemen
- Experience in HMI Development using Ignition and Wonderware System Platform
- Competence in AutoCAD for creating 2D electrical prints
- Understanding of telemetry systems
