**Key Qualifications:**
- Proven experience handling a wide array of electrical tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with service calls and leading small teams is preferred.
- NC Limited license (minimum) or Asheville Journeyman's card preferred.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is an advantage.
- Possession of tools and a valid driver's license for travel to job sites.
