Job Details:
Service Manager – Advisor - Mechanical
- Providing direction and accountability for dispatchers and technicians
- Insuring customer satisfaction and customer follow up
- Technical support for technicians providing advice on how to improve.
- Serve as a technical back-up for field technicians when necessary
- Holding meetings (group training and one on one)
- Payroll review to insure proper compensation for field techs
- Provide Repair Quotes
Job Requirements
- You should have good computer skills, knowledge of common office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and general software navigation.
- Strong mechanical background related to HVAC / Plumbing
- Proven track record in field service with 2 years in management preferred
- Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals
- Good communication skills with the ability to convey confident and decisive messages
- Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Top performer who can instill pride of workmanship in self and others
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes and ability to use resources at hand to find solutions.
