What they’re looking for:

~20 years of HVAC design experience in commercial settings
-
Strong background working with MEP offices serving architects
-
Deep knowledge of hydronic systems & building automation systems (must-have)
-
Healthcare project experience is a plus
-
Skilled in site inspections & client interaction
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit required; Trace 700 experience a plus
-
A track record of stability and long-term success in previous roles
