Operations Manager
Are you an experienced leader in manufacturing operations who thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments? We’re seeking an Operations Manager to help drive efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize productivity across our facility. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality while maintaining a safe and collaborative workplace.
What You’ll Do:

Lead daily production operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources to optimize profitability.

Implement policies and procedures to improve productivity and minimize defects.

Oversee and develop a team of supervisors, area managers, and production staff.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Partner with customers during production audits and quality reviews.

Identify training needs and lead development initiatives for your team.

Drive continuous improvement and performance optimization initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

7–10 years in a manufacturing environment with progressive leadership experience.

Proven ability to lead teams in high-demand, fast-paced operations.

Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and KPI development.

Experience recruiting, hiring, and training production staff at all levels.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
-
This role operates in a refrigerated production facility (~35°F).
-
Ability to stand, bend, and lift 10–35 lbs. regularly, and up to 45 lbs. occasionally.
-
Occasional pushing/pulling up to 250 lbs. on rollers may be required.
-
Must be hands-on and comfortable working on the production floor.
