Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Architect.
- Registration in NY preferred.
- Can take a project from start to finish.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Shop Drawings review & process.
- Experience working on school projects .
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods, codes, and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
