**Key Qualifications:**

- Strong project management skills, capable of managing complex projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools and data manipulation via SOQL/SOSL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with sales operations and CRM tools.
- Experience with change management and budget oversight.
- Background in CPQ/Rev Cloud administration and API integration.
