Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

We’re working with a leading food manufacturer in the Chicago Heights area seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Need:

5+ years of maintenance experience (food industry a plus)

Strong knowledge of OSHA/USDA standards
-
Skilled with PLCs and electrical systems (110/230/460 VAC)
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
-
Willingness to work flexible hours/weekends
What You’ll Do:

Supervise and train maintenance staff

Troubleshoot and repair equipment

Ensure safe, efficient operations
