Senior Maintenance / Customer Service Technician
My client, a subsidiary of a fortune 100 company is looking for a great Customer Service tech to join their team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- If you have 3-6 years experience providing top notch customer service for high, speed complex machinery then this may be the job for you.
- Ability to identify, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues with equipment/machinery
- Must be open to 75% travel requirement
- Excellent communication skills are required - you will be representing the company and dealing directly with our clients
- Ability to work overtime if required.
- Clean driving license
- Computer savvy.
