Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer

**Qualifications:**
- BS in Electrical Engineering or substantial related experience.
- Minimum of five years focused on designing and integrating control systems for custom automation equipment.
- Expertise with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, Servo Controls, and experience with Cognex or Keyence vision systems.
- Proficient in configuring and programming remote IO devices (Ethernet IP, Modbus, etc.).
- Familiarity with safety and non-safety PLCs, HMIs, and robotic programming (Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB, Universal, Kuka, Epson) is advantageous.
- Highly skilled in problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and system debugging.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Solid foundation in both analog and digital systems; C++ experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating instrumentation for accurate data acquisition is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for installations and troubleshooting.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
