Job Details:
- Maintain and increase the growth of products by participating in inside sales and customer contact.
- Facilitate the sales and order fulfillment process by coordinating with marketing and production activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the company.
- Process incoming orders by phone, fax, e-mail and in-person. Inside Sales Person is the primary contact for in house sales calls; followed by Sales Engineer, President, Bookkeeper, etc.
- Provide customer support for existing product in the field. This may include trouble shooting technical difficulty and assistance with application details.
- Provide the engineering department with new product or product improvement ideas based on industry knowledge, customer suggestions, etc.
- Coordinate with production on a regular basis to communicate customer demand and assist in production scheduling. Administer weekly production meetings. Generate weekly production schedule.
