IT Support Specialist 1
***Onsite in Kalispell MT***
We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for all technical issues—providing hands-on and remote support, maintaining hardware, managing user accounts, and ensuring exceptional service for all staff.
What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
-
Respond to service desk requests and escalate when needed
-
Set up and maintain desktop systems and user accounts
-
Keep accurate documentation and inventory of hardware
-
Support AV setups for meetings and events
What We’re Looking For:
-
2+ years of IT support experience or a degree in a related field
-
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
-
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking

Willingness to travel to branch locations and be on-call as needed
-
Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus (or willingness to earn them)
