- Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, enhancing team capabilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance to meet project goals.
- Prepare and review monthly project budgets and documents.
- Facilitate project closeout, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are completed.
