Requirements:
- 5+ years HVAC industry Experience
- Estimating- Estimate cost of proposals and apply company pricing standards to estimate.
- CAD- Shop drawings, as built drawings, coordination drawings, etc. as needed.
- Mechanical system knowledge-Provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients and potential clients.
- Project Management- Work with Project Manager regarding submittals, drawings, purchases, deliveries, etc. Any other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
- Customer Relations- Promptly address customer concerns and resolve with the intent of maintaining a long term relationship.
- Company Relations-Build and maintain positive rapport and working relationships with all West Jersey personnel to resolve problems, gain opportunities and maximize profit.
- Documentation-Prepare complete, clear and concise reports, proposals, required company paperwork as required. Maintain support information relative to ongoing work.
- Special Projects-Provide support for any special projects assigned
- Computer Skills- Knowledge of excel, Word, MC2 , Quick Pen or other estimating
- Software packages a plus.
