**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of related industry experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
- Solid experience with project design review and quality assurance processes.
- Expertise in managing the design and implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Proficient in coordinating with regulatory bodies for permitting and compliance.
- Ability to oversee construction phases, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
