IT Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a sharp, tech-savvy Business Analyst to support software development and system improvement initiatives. In this role, you’ll work alongside technical teams and stakeholders to define business needs, translate them into actionable solutions, and help implement new tools and processes. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of experience with application support, system analysis, and requirement documentation in Agile environments. Familiarity with SQL, testing methodologies, BI/reporting tools, and project tracking tools (like Asana or TOAD) is a plus.
