Business Development Engineer
Well respected and established Engineering Firm on Long Island, NY is looking to hire a well groomed and professional Business Development Manager. My client does a good amount of business in the structural and MEP engineering arenas so that experience would be helpful.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree with 8+ years of business development/sales experience in a consulting environment.
- Candidate will have worked for either a Structural Engineering or MEP Firm.
- Build market position by locating, developing, and closing new business.
- Develop negotiating strategies of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
- Ability to cold call a client, meet, and close new business.
- Team player with outstanding communication skills.
