Professional Land Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with 5+ years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in boundary surveying, construction staking, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of land surveying projects.
- Prepare accurate legal descriptions, survey plats, and reports.
- Supervise field crews and coordinate with clients and contractors.
- Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations.
- Review and interpret survey data and legal documents.
Requirements:
- PLS license in Alabama.
- 6+ years of surveying experience.
- Proficiency with survey software and equipment.
