Skills:
- Professional Land Surveyor registered in MD
- BS in Land Survey, Engineering, Geography, or related discipline
- Experience running a team of Surveyors
- Leading Field Crews
- Proposal writing
- Writing legal descriptions
- Analyzing ALTA and Boundary surveys
- Knowledgeable of RTK GPS & Robotic Total Stations
- Microstation proficiency
Duties:
- Project management
- Quality assurance
- Maintaining existing relationships
- New business development
- Personnel/staffing for entire division
- Financial & business plans
