Junior BAS Controls Technician

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install and secure conduit, wire relays, and associated control devices in accordance with standards.
- Climb ladders safely, conducting the majority of work at heights between 6 and 10 feet.
- Accurately mount and connect controllers, sensors, and end devices.
- Diagnose and resolve wiring issues using industry-standard testing equipment.
- Follow instructions from the team leader to effectively contribute to project goals.
- Adapt to varying work shifts depending on project needs, with potential exposure to regional weather conditions.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with tools and instruments used in direct digital controls.
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
- Ability to maintain productive working relationships with team members and clients.
